| Details: | I received a voicemail from Jeff regarding the voicemail I left ~1-2 weeks ago. I called him back and confirmed him to be the main contact for the water system. I stated that they are overdue for their lead service inventory. Jeff noted he was not aware of the requirement for a lead service line inventory. I stated that he can contact the Oregon Association of Water Utilities for technical assistance. I clarified that the inventory is due this week and that I would send him a webpage that had more information as well regarding the inventorying requirements - I stated there is a spreadsheet available that will facilitate the inventorying. He asked if they had to go to each customer's part of the line and I mentioned that I was not fully certain as to how far they need to go on a service line to complete the inventory. I stated that OAWU might have better information on where exactly the inventory stops. After the phone conversation I emailed him a link to the Oregon DWS Service Line Inventory requirements in the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) webpage. I specified the due date being December 20th for the inventory. |
