| Details: | Phone call with Holli regarding two arsenic samples above the MCL at sites in buildings other than the Crystal Creek (cove) and Castle buildings which are served by a treatment system. One of the POU filters (finance building) was not replaced due to staff miscommunication and exceeded use volume. The other POU filter services a water fountain and also was not replaced before it exceeded use volume. System will continue quarterly sampling for arsenic. Do not drink signs are posted and remain until filters are replaced and re-sampled. | ||
