| Details: | 12.18.2024 I contacted the operator and provided instructions to collect one Trigger Sample (TG) at each well and three Repeat Samples (RP). One RP sample should be collected at the site that tested positive for Total Coliform (TC), one within five connections downstream of the positive site, and one within five connections upstream of the positive site. |
