| Details: | Deficiencies resolved and e-mailed to Clackamas County Environmental Health Department 12-18-24 and then second photo 12-19-24 showing backflow assembly testing and screen applied to the well vent. Upon entry of correction today, I observed that the photo of screen for vent was sent in November as well. | ||
