| Details: | Had a phone conversation with Avameer and Skylar about what needed to be done for the survey from July, 2024. Apparently this was the first they heard of the survey. I specifically addressed that someone on-site needs to be in charge of the water system. Avameer and Skylar are not on-site and don’t know the employees at the Hermiston facility. |
