Details:	Called and left a detailed voicemail message regarding Missing monthly coliform samples (Dec. 2018 & Jan. 2019; Missing nitrate sample for calendar year 2018; and missing monthly chlorine residual monitoring reports (Dec. 2017, July 2018, Sept 2018 and Nov. 2018.) Notified her that their water system is now a priority non-complier (PNC) and the urgency in getting these issues resolved as quickly as possible. Awaiting a return phone call to discuss with her how to bring this system back into compliance.
