| Details: | Corresponded with operator twice on 12-24 via phone then e-mail. First advised to do 5 confirmation samples per instruction from OHA but later called operator back to let him know that wasn't required. He was instructed to do boil notice and find potential sources and make corrections if necessary and then test again at the distribution sites that had e-coli and coliform positive and label them as "special". The operator issued the boil notice 12-24 and we plan to follow up on the triggered Level 2 investigation as needed. | ||
