| Details: | On 12-26-24 I received a voice mail from Brian Burnham regarding a violation notice he received for a violation in September 2024. I was made aware of the violation via email on 10-23-24 from our data management, compliance, and enforcement unit (DMCE), but I was unable to find any record showing that I had followed up with the City I called and left a voice mail for him and followed up with an email to explain that the violation was issued because they had 9 values above 0.349 NTU out of 141 combined filter effluent turbidity readings (6.3%) in September 2024. This is a tier 2 treatment technique violation, which required a public notice within 30 days with a copy of the notice and information how and when it was distributed to customers to be reported to our office by 12-15-24. I provided links to the public notice template and let him know that he should still provide the notice and that he needed to include the violation in the consumer confidence report for 2024. | ||
