Details: Mr. Lee spoke to Pete on Dec. 18th (& DMCE - maybe Brad D.) with an update and compliance questions for Westport Heights. Again, we spoke on 12/27/24 to verify how to RTC violations.
He:
  • changed the contact information as he has assumed the role of primary contact.
  • described slightly late coliform results submissions (RP and TG/AS)
  • now understands the annual coliform sampling schedule that is required
  • CCR requirements
  • etc

    • Resources (i.e., Data Online & CCR links) were emailed.

    The two annual coliform violations (2022 & 2024) will resolve this week.

    Mr. Lee just needs to work on the 2023 CCR late reporting violations to resolve the remaining violations. (& soon start work on the 2024 CCR.)
