| Details: | Follow up for violation #3086525. System did not take nitrate sample for 2018. System is under informal enforcement for using an unapproved well. System is currently using water for hand washing and dishwashing only and taking monthly coliform samples from current unapproved well(Desc 57567). Drinking and cooking water provided by bottled water and a public notice is posted at entrance of restaurant. System is working with well driller to repair original approved well (Desc6486)and must repair or develop an approved water source no later than April 30, 2019. Due to these circumstances, a nitrate sample is currently not necessary since the water is not being used for consumption. Once the old well is repaired or new source developed, nitrate samples will be required asap. | ||
