| Details: | On 12/30/24 we received a water quality alert for a positive total coliform water sample. I called and spoke with Mike Stone, mentioning that 3 repeat samples from distribution are required: 1 sample from the same tap that yielded the positive result (Briarwood Spigot), 1 sample from a tap within 5 sample taps upstream from that tap and 1 sample from a tap within 5 sample taps downstream from the tap that yielded the positive result. Also one "triggered/source" sample from each active well is required. Mike says that the currently active wells are #11, #7 and #8, and that well #1 and #14, listed as "active" in Data Online, are actually inactive/offline right now. Mike said he will coordinate with David to have those repeat samples and triggered source samples from all currently active wells collected. |
