Mr. Robert Hale replied to email with corrected phone number (changed online here).

He is dropping off two coliform samples (one RP and one TG) very early Friday at the lab in Tigard.

He doesn't know why sample came back E. coli+.
He ran his sink faucet 15+ minutes.
(He intends to put a tap outside somewhere someday for better sampling.)
