| Details: | Contacted David regarding progress on fixing the leak in the storage tank found at the survey in 2023.This inquiry was based on this deficiency deadline due on 12/31. He stated that tank has been deep cleaned and flushed, which has reduced the volume of water flowing from the leak. Home owners had originally sought out a liner for the tank, but had trouble finding someone qualified to perform this work. David spoke of sealing the leak inside, which has been done in the past. I have inquired how long it would take to perform this work and he hasn't gotten back to me yet. Update 1/7/25: David has responded that they aim to get the leak sealed from the inside by 6/30/25. I have moved the deficiency correction due date till then. |
