| Details: | I communicated with the operator regarding all repeat samples testing TC+. I informed them that they will need to disinfect the system and take special samples afterwards. During the initial contact on 12/31, the operator agreed that they would consider installing a chlorinator. The Level 2 Investigation is scheduled for mid-January. | ||
