| Details: | Spoke with Jason over the phone regarding the positive total coliform result. He was aware of the situation but unsure of why the sample came back positive. We discussed possible sampling errors (such as touching the lid or not closing the cap properly, which could allow possible contamination from ice water). We also discussed the system being on a monthly coliform sampling plan. A follow-up email was sent to document our conversation and provide written guidance. |
