| Details: | The two samples for nitrate taken on 12-23-24 were labeled as entry point samples for well #1 & #8 but the operator took source samples at each well. The operator will contact the lab to get the sample sites changed to source samples with the corresponding well. The operator is aware that in the future one nitrate sample is required at the entry point, where wells mix. The operator has agreed to take the annual entry point nitrate sample for 2025 within the next month. | ||
