| Details: | 01.08.2025 Tanya reached out to me inquiring about giving under-certified operators access to the pump house. I clarified that all staff involved in the water system operation should be trained and approved by the DRC. I advise the system to develop an under-certified operator protocol. A template was provided via email. The operator was also reminded that there are overdue significant deficiencies from the 2024 survey that need to be corrected. Next steps: The operator was advised to provide an update on the corrective actions to address the 2024 survey deficiencies. The operator was also advised to submit a DRC designation form. Tanya and Deb have completed the small water operator's training and are currently certified. |
