| Details: | DWS staff got an alert for the system's DBP results, which indicate a 4th quarter TTHM concentration exceeding the MCL at 0.0865 mg/L. When incorporating these results into the LRAA and OEL calculations, both metrics also exceed the MCL, at 0.088 mg/L and 0.094 mg/L, respectively. The system had previously notified DWS that it recently drained a reservoir in an effort to reduce DBP levels and is actively seeking additional guidance from a Circuit Rider to address the issue. DWS staff advised the system to submit a detailed plan within 90 days outlining specific steps to reduce TTHM levels below the MCL and informed system a public notice must be issued within 30 days |
