| Details: | Regulator snail mailed to DRC the following letter wording: January 9, 2025 Karen Howton City of Island City, PWS ID 4100454 10605 Island Ave. Island City, OR 97850 Subject: Water System Survey Follow-Up for City of Island City Water System, PWS ID 4100454 Dear Mrs. Howton: This letter is a follow-up to the November 26, 2024 Water System Survey report for the City of Island City in Island City Oregon. On the report it stated that you must contact me within 30 days and correct all deficiencies and violations by April 1, 2025 or be on an approved corrective action plan. It has been over 30 days and I have not heard from you or your office. Please provide my office with an update to how you will correct these significant deficiencies and rule violations.
