| Details: | Initial monthly coliform sample was positive for coliform. Operator then submitted three repeat samples in distribution and source samples for both wells. This resulted in two of the repeats being positive for coliform and one being negative. Both of the source samples were negative. Level I coliform investigation was generated and sent to the operator. Next steps: Fill out level I coliform investigation and send copy back to county for verification. Take monthly sample in February. |
