| Details: | Pilot Travel Center installed treatment for secondary standards (manganese removal) in 2004. Water system replaced the treatment recently, and the replacement is considered a like-for-like with no requirement for plan review. A side effect of the secondary treatment is that some VOC may be removed. If the water system exceeds a VOC maximum contaminant level, then plan review would be required for the current treatment to ensure that it meets the requirements for VOC removal. Until then, plan review is not required. |
