| Details: | On January 13, 2025 CCPH was forwarded a complaint from a resident at Fernview Mobile Home Court that they had no water pressure last night, and that the water supply and pressure has been very unpredictable and on-and-off since November 2024. Complainant says the water pressure did return this morning but it has been common for water pressure and supply to be unpredictable or cut out unexpectedly. I then called system contact Michelle Ellsworth who says that they have ordered the new replacement pump for well #2 (COLU1957) and have scheduled to replace the system's existing well pump with the new pump this Thursday, January 16th. Since Fernview Mobile Home Court is listed as being supplied by 2 different water systems, I provided the space number of the complainant, to determine locationally which water system this matter applies to. Michelle determined that this situation falls under water system #2 (PWS #41-01038). We do not have current complaints or reports of water pressure/supply being an issue at Fernview Mobile Court water system #1 (PWS #41-05853) confirmed at this time. |
