| Details: | DWS staff contacted the system to notify them of their failure to collect the required 10 L&C tap samples due during this year’s monitoring period. The system previously sampled in 2021 and is on a triennial monitoring schedule. As a result the system was issued a violation (900411922). DWS staff outlined the following corrective actions: 1) issue a Tier 3 Public Notice using the provided template, 2) report this violation in their CCR, and 3) collect 10 L&C samples during the next monitoring period, scheduled between June 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025. Update: The system subsequently informed DWS that the required L&C samples were indeed collected during the monitoring period, but the results were not submitted on time. The system submitted the results to and the results were marked as received on 11/25/2024. The violation will not RTC until the next round of tap L&C samples is submitted on time during the 2027 monitoring period. |
