| Details: | Emailed Kenny and Derek in regards to a deficiency correction due date from their 2024 survey. The dumpster location doesn't meet the 100 feet setback from the wellhead. I reminded them that their due date was 1/27/25. They were asked to correct setback deficiency and send in photographic evidence before due date. Update 2/18: Emailed Kenny & Derek again regarding the setback deficiency found at their water system survey is overdue to be corrected. The due date was 1/27/2025. I asked them again to provide photographic evidence that the dumpster has been moved at least 100 feet from well head. |
