| Details: | Routine coliform sample was positive for coliforms. This system had its elevated reservoir cleaned and it was hoped that this would cure the string of positive coliform results. It appears that something may still be undiscovered that is influencing the test results. I spoke to the operator and reminded her of the systems responsibility of adding metered chlorine to the distribution system. Caitlin acknowledged that there were still plans to add chlorine by the May 8th, 2019 deadline. Repeat samples were taken and all were absent of coliforms. At the time of the original positive only well #1 was being used and therefore only one Triggered sample was taken and reported. The system is required to take one sample in the month of March. |
