| Details: | DWS staff reached out to system about the 4 unresolved significant deficiencies from the 2024 WSS requesting a CAP with deadlines. 3/5/2025 Update: DWS staff communicated with the system at the end of February regarding unresolved significant deficiencies identified during the last WSS. Since then, the system has been working on addressing some of these issues, including ASR report submissions and discussions with the lab about sampling. On March 5, 2025, DWS sent text messages regarding alkalinity testing methods and outstanding significant deficiencies (ASR reports, CCR, and sampling) and requested a proposed date for the corrective action plan. |
