Details: Operator was e-mailed guidance on corrections of violations 1-14-25: 900001483,900001482,900001479,900001481,900001477,900001478,900001476,900001475 (Coliform sampling). A request to make correction DWS regarding coliform investigation nonreporting was submitted as well. I also gave the Environmental Health Specialist for his licensed facility a copy of the e-mail to hand deliver in case he did not see his e-mail.
