| Details: | Rick called to report that there was an upset at the plant that resulted in turbidity over 0.3 for about a half an hour. The turbidity was at 0.38, and the chlorine residual was at 0.73 for the entire time. Unknown cause of the turbidity spike. Water system will report the 0.38 turbidity as the day's highest turbidity reading, since the reading happened between the four hour recorded readings. As long as 95% of the 4 hour readings are below 0.3, the water system will remain in compliance. |
