| Details: | July 17,2018 survey noted a gap in the wellhead where the electrical wiring enters the casing and lack of a coliform sampling plan. On February, 14 2018 Bruce sent me a completed sampling plan and noted that the gap had been sealed with silicone shortly after the survey. These deficiencies are considered corrected. | ||
