| Details: | Visited with Meara stating that three repeat distribution samples are required and one triggered sample at the well head. During our conversation I was told a UV light was installed since our last visit. I will followup with Meara about the UV light being NSF 61 and then firm will be required to take annual source assessment samples. | ||
