Details: | I spoke with Jeremy, John, and Jake, the water is being discolored by air. At the bottom of the glass it is visibly clearing. The system is currently having capacity issues and using all of it’s sources at 100%. They have had to put the town on restriction because of the production issues. As for the compliant of pH – daytan is maintaining a pH of just over 7 to a little over 8. They are taking samples on calibrated equipment daily. They cannot get the air to settle out before they pump the water to the city. I sent John Evan Hofeld’s contact information, and the circuit rider’s information (Civil West Engineering Services, Inc.). I emailed (the complainant) and instructed him to call me about his complaint. I have not heard back. |
