| Details: | I contacted Debbie to inquire on the status of 2 unresolved WSS deficiencies due by 2/25/19. She said she is almost done with their CCR. I reminded her to submit it along with the certification form. I asked her about the ASR and she said they had their 1 backflow device tested in 2018. I let her know that the ASR can be completed online and faxed her the online info. | ||
