| Details: | I spoke with the DRC of Lamb Weston NTNC water system and informed them that the last two rounds of nitrate samples were all over 50% of the MCL for chronic exposure. A result over 50% triggers an alert and initiates a conversation with a regulator. The system consistently has results greater than 50% and is currently testing quarterly. We discussed that nitrate is to be tested at Entry Point A but results are submitted for EP-A and all three wells, including the inactive, emergency source SRC-AC. I mentioned I am covering for a coworker and that choices about future sampling and reporting requirements should be directed to Melissa Ney of ODA:FS. |
