| Details: | November 2024 survey noted a loose vent tube on the new well #3 wellhead. The loose tube has been siliconed in and is now sealed. * the existing wellhead for the new well will be exchanged with a pitless unit soon which will remove this vent as the new vent is built into the pitless. System needs 2024 ASR submitted by March 31, 2025. | ||
