| Details: | I informed Bret that there was a day in December that the plant did not meet CT. The placement of the flowmeter is often recording flow between the purchasers of the wholesale system, which needed to be reviewed. In this case, there was some valve operation that overshot the targeted flow, which did cause the plant to not meet CT for a short time. I let him know this would be a treatment violation and would require a public notice. It was determined that the plant was the only location in the system with customers where CT was not met (the residual was 1.4 mg/L and had plenty of contact time in the pipelines to each purchaser before each of their first customers). The public notice will be posted at the point of the first user at the plant and distributed to the managers of each of the purchasing systems. Update 1/28/2025 |
