Details: Jessica sent me a copy of CSWA Oliver Springs' Enabling Authority on 1/28/25. Jessica also notified me that assembly notated on 2023 ASR had been tested and ASR was not accurate. She sent me assembly testing record on 2/3/25. All deficiencies have been corrected.
