| Details: | 2025 Water system survey 05.20.2025 I emailed the operator and requested an update on the status of the waiver. The operator was advised to follow up with the PR engineer to get an update on the waiver process. 05.05.2025 John submitted a waiver from construction form to address the sewer line that is approximately 50ft from the well. The waiver was forwarded to plan review engineer. 03.10.2025 PR engineer reached out to the operator and provided a copy of the PR project update form. Next steps: the operator was advised to submit the form back to DWS or reach out to the PR engineer with questions about completing the plan review process or applying for a waiver from construction standards. 01.28.2025 Survey completed on 01.20.2025. Operator notified on 01.28.2025. Survey deficiencies due on June 3, 2025. Specifically: Final plan review approval has not been granted for the new well (SRC-BA). As indicated in the plan review conditional letter, it appears that one or more sewer lines are located within 50 feet of the well, which violates the setback requirement outlined in OAR 333-061-0050(2)(a)(E). To obtain final plan review approval, the system should relocate the sewer lines to meet the 50-foot setback requirement. The system also has the option to apply for a waiver from construction standards to obtain final plan review approval. |
