| Details: | 2025 Water system survey completed. 01.28.2025 Survey completed on 01.20.2025. Operator notified on 01.28.2025. Survey deficiencies due on June 3, 2025. Specifically: Final plan review approval has not been granted for the new well (SRC-BA). As indicated in the plan review conditional letter, it appears that one or more sewer lines are located within 50 feet of the well, which violates the setback requirement outlined in OAR 333-061-0050(2)(a)(E). To obtain final plan review approval, the system should relocate the sewer lines to meet the 50-foot setback requirement. The system also has the option to apply for a waiver from construction standards to obtain final plan review approval. |
