| Details: | Spoke with system contact as he reports to me that the source sample needed for correction for violation is completed. He e-mailed the results to me but they were labeld routine and distribution. I advised the sample was supposed to be labeled "triggered and source" and be from the well. I advised he is could possibly request change of the labeling by the lab but if not, the source sample needs to be redone. He requested a reduction of the coliform sampling frequency from monthly to quarterly but I let him know that the requirements arent met yet. | ||
