| Details: | In consult with Sarah Schwab with ODA, a review of previous arsenic sampling results and treatment prompted the addition of a treatment code for the arsenic point of use treatment (POU-2) with the “-2” indicating there are two POU treatment units with one unit installed in the breakroom and one unit in the office area (see contact report dated 1-16-25 documenting informal plan review for more details on the installed POU treatment). The monitoring schedule was also changed to reflect sampling the treated water from each unit every other year, such that 1 sample for the system is required to be reported each year beginning 1-1-25. | ||
