| Details: | Jim called with a concern that the chlorine concentration dipped slightly below (the higher winter) target for 10 minutes. Pete looked at the numbers and found no Violation. (However, there does seem to be some discrepancies between the 2011 Tracer Study peak hourly demand flowrate with today's. That said, it will not affect the CT calculation since the peak is static, and they continue to use the contact time defined in the tracer study. (See summarizing letters here.) |
