| Details: | Since the well was positive it was suggested to shock well and system. After letting it set and then flush well it was suggested to take a special sample from distribution to ensure the shocking addressed the issue. The firm needs to take three temporary routine samples in February and do a level 1 investigation within 30 days. If the three samples are absent in February the firm is back to one distribution sample per quarter. | ||
