| Details: | GW source SRC AA connected to distribution system 01.31.2025-Eleanor reported that groundwater source well SRC AA was connected to the distribution system on December 1, 2024. The surface water supply line was capped. The operator provided copies of nitrate and arsenic lab results for water samples collected at SRC AA on 10.29.2024. Both analytes were non-detectable. A coliform sample collected at the source on 01.27.2025 showed no detection of total coliform bacteria. Next steps: Data Online updated to show SRC AA active. System reclassified from an OVS to a TNC system. SRC AA will remain as unapproved until plan review final approval is received. The operator was advised to reach out to DWS region 2 plan review engineer Rebecca Templin. The operator will provide for plan review the following documents: - A map showing the distance from the well to property lines, surface water sources, septic tanks, infiltration fields, and any other potential sanitary hazards. - Well log for SRC AA - Water system schematic -Technical specs for UV treatment - Any additional well water lab results. |
