| Details: | 95 percent NTU standard not met in November 02.05.2025-A copy of the Tier 2 PN was submitted to DMCE. No further actions needed at this time. 02.03.2025-The operator was contacted and reminded to post a Tier 2 public notice informing the public of the recent turbidity exceedance that caused the system to not meet the 95 percent turbidity standard during November 2024. Next steps: The operator was provided a Tier 2 public notice template and instructed to post it no later than February 7, 2025. A copy of the notice will be emailed to DMCE. The operator was also instructed to keep the notice posted for at least 7 days. A request was made to DMCE to RTC violation 900856188. The system has returned to compliance, with turbidity levels within the 95 percent standard throughout December 2024. |
