| Details: | Called to let John know the WS has increased to monthly routine coliform monitoring due to 3 reporting violations (nitrate, routine coliform for 4th quarter of 2024, and annual source assessment sample for 2024). John said he turned in the nitrate and routine coliform sample yesterday. He said he would get the source assessment sample done today and continue with monthly coliform sampling. I asked him to contact me once he gets 12 consecutive months completed so I can assist with a return to quarterly monitoring request to OHA DWS. | ||
