| Details: | I emailed Aaron with a reminder that 3 of the water system survey deficiencies are still unresolved and due by 2/20/25. I asked him to respond with any updates or submit a compliance plan. Aaron responded immediately and resent his 2023 CCR and Cert Form to DWS and cc'd me. He also said he has contacted DWS to schedule the operator certification exam and is waiting to hear back. He also informed me he is scheduled to take the backflow class April 14-17 and requested this additional time to complete the certification. I extended the certification deadlines to April 30 per Aarons compliance plan request. |
