| Details: | Spoke with Brandi regarding the Nitrate result over 5ppm. This result is generally consistent and likely not an issue given the history of Nitrate results for this system, but the sample was not taken in the appropriate quarter. Quarterly testing back in 2013-2014 determined that the 3rd quarter had the highest Nitrate results, and therefore is the appropriate time to conduct annual testing for Nitrate. I told Brandi unless she wants to go back to quarterly sampling for 2025 to re-determine when future annual sampling should occur, then another sample for Nitrate should be taken in the 3rd quarter of 2025. Brandi confirmed that they would take another sample for Nitrate in the 3rd quarter of 2025, and that in the future the annual Nitrate Sample will be taken in the 3rd quarter of the year.
