Details: | Corrective actions for 2023 SS deficiencies and rule violations 02.10.2025 - Civil West submitted a draft of the tracer study methodology. Regional plan review engineers will assist with reviewing and approving the tracer study methodology. Given the limitations to access the lodge, a time extension has been granted. All corrective actions must be completed by August 14, 2025. Operator notified via email. 02.07.2025 - John provided the data required for Civil West to work on the CT methodology. 02.07.2025 - The operator was notified that DMCE has inquired about the about the status of the overdue corrective actions for Black Bar Lodge PWS. Currently, Civil West is actively working on the CT methodology. Joseph Little, EIT with Civil West, informed me that he is still waiting for information on the methodology that was emailed to the operator. Next steps: The operator will submit the information needed for the tracer study: 1. Pipe size/length: a. From point of chlorine injection to GST b. From GST to first user 2. Minimum operating level (in gallons) 3. Chlorine residual reading at point of injection |
