| Details: | Attempted to contact water system by email on 12/12/23 and by phone on several days in December 2024 and Jan 2025. Received an email response 1/15/25 with updates on the corrections. The well cap deficiency was corrected a few weeks after the survey but the Coliform Sampling Schedule and O&M were still in progress 1/27/25 - Tristan stated he found a hard copy of the two documents. All deficiencies corrected. |
