| Details: | 1/15/25 - Jason reported that his repeat sample at the kitchen sink tested positive for TC again, but the other three samples were negative. Since the kitchen sink is a swivel faucet with a screen, Jason was given the option to invalidate this sample and allowed to collect another repeat sample before the end of January. 1/16/25 - Jason agreed to this option 1/30/25 - Called Jason with a reminder to collect the repeat coliform sample at a different faucet. 2/6/25 - Jason provided records of the coliform sample results from 1/31/25.
