| Details: | Early January, Silverton's operator let DWS know that they failed to meet 95% of turbidity requirements in December 2024. 95% of turbidity readings were not less than 0.3 NTU, and all 4-hour readings were not less than 1.0 NTU. This resulted in a treatment technique violation and requires a Tier 2 Public Notice. 1/29: Silverton's operator sent DWS a copy of the public notice that will be sent to customers notifying them of the failure to meet turbidity requirements. He also noted that the max turbidity reading in December was 1.0 NTU and it did not go higher. |
